The Foresh ice bath tub can be set up in under 2 minutes through a simple process. First, unpack and take out all accessories. Next, insert the 6 included tubes into the bottom holes. Seal the drain valves on both the side and bottom. Then, inflate the bath tub using the air pump provided, and plug the inflation nozzle. Finally, fill the tub with water and ice, and enjoy your Foresh icebath.

Designed for personal adult use, the Foresh ice bath tub has a diameter of 33.5" and a volume of 105 gallons, making it an ideal cold plunge for muscle relaxation, cold therapy after workouts, physical training, exercise, sports, and fitness. Crafted from environmental materials, the tub is free of harmful substances and fully compliant with CA65 regulations, as certified by a 3rd party TUV Rheinland lab.

Featuring skin-contact safety and no pungent odor (only a slight natural smell that fades over time), the Foresh tub allows you to enjoy the benefits of ice baths without any health concerns. Studies show that soaking in ice water after a workout can boost the immune system, speed recovery, and reduce muscle soreness, swelling, and injury risk. The included floating thermometer helps maintain the recommended water temperature range of 5°C to 15°C for optimal cold therapy.
